our Leadership team is a collection of some of the brightest Intelectual, divers engineering minds a company can ammasse
Visionary leaps to the future
They might be a startup but the leadership feels and functions better than some of the other larger companies I worked at earlier. Easily accessible and all have an open door policy.
Get the company in better financial position, Keep your promises, define deadlines that you can meet. Don't put the onus only only on engineering
Strategy, communication, business planning, subject matter expertise, humility, trust
Review from Product Dept
Resist the urge to spread the company's initiatives too thin. Seems like we are taking on far too many projects for this stage of our growth.

Unlimited PTO yes i said it Unlimited PTO
Benefits are very generous compared to other companies
The size of the package is epic

Competitive salary with no state income tax

It's pretty good and fair for Florida
Increased compensation, recognition, more RSU and RSU refreshers and secondary market to liquidate RSU until a proper liquidation event.
Better merit increases Fully paid bonuses Stock option refreshers and opportunities to liquidate soon and often
Annual increases lower than inflation rate. Stocks are not liquid, have little value, and are not refreshed. Salary is ok but far from competitive.

My team is hard working yet we take time to laugh even at ourselves
Smart people, some really interesting subject matter experts (but without authority to make real decisions!)
Review from Product Dept
My colleagues are leaders and experts in their respective fields
Some of the smartest people I have worked with.

Most of the people especially in engineering are helpful, passionate, smart and hard working. Inept, delusional and detached-from-reality leadership whether previous or now are ruining it all.
growing is fun, cutting edge tech makes it better
laid back but intense on results
Everyone is extremely motivated and talented. HR and exec leadership seem to have good intentions to promote a healthy culture.
Review from Product Dept
It's fast paced, collaborative and promoting innovation.
culture hasn't been bad. There is just favoritism going on with undue and undeserved importance given to new hires from FANG even before they show output. New hires from others places don't get the same treatment.
Most of the interviewers were nice and they looked like were talking to a colleague instead of trying to boost about their own egos.
Majority of the people tried to focus on the interview and behaved nicely.
meeting the teams and learning what we do
Very conversational. Met with nice people.

Solving tough problems has helped me be happy. There is a hindrance to support problem solving and the culture has changed to follow the top management. They waste a lot of time in meetings trying to understand things that they can't and waste engineering time. This is increasingly making me unhappy
technical challenges that I am able to solve and opportunity to learn
my team is the best
creating the future yet to be determined
Working with my immediate team
