Actually caring about the employees and their families instead of just lying about how they do. Hiring them for 5 8 hour shifts a week with maybe some overtime here and there, then saying now you work 6 12 hour shift or else is tyrannical and contradicts the "we care" claim

I know I am undervalued because if they really valued their employees and wanted to retain them for as long as possible, they wouldn't lie about how the employee is being hired for 40-50 hours a week then force them to choose between job and family.

Treat people eaquly that must be
honor the shifts an employee was hired for, don't for an employee to choose between family or work
Stop lying to new recruits about the shifts they are being hired for. Stop forcing employees to choose between job and family.

I'm about to loose my job because my family is more important to me than any job, and they are forcing me to choose by forcing me to go from 40-50 hours a week to 72+ or else. If they truly cared about their employees (they don't) they would stop this
