Mr. David L. Day has been Chief Financial Officer of the Rubicon Project, Inc. since February 23, 2017 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since March 2013. Mr. Day is responsible for the financial processes, systems, controls and reporting at Rubicon. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Rubicon Project, Inc. from May 25, 2016 to February 23, 2017. He served as Corporate Controller at the Rubicon Project, Inc. from July 31, 2013 to October 18, 2015 respectively. He leverage his experience in high growth technology, public company and international environments to optimize and scale the Accounting, Systems, Internal Controls, Treasury, Payments and Collections functions. He served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and the Chief Accounting Officer at ReachLocal, Inc. from June 2011 to March 20, 2013. Mr. Day has approximately 12 years of public accounting experience, serving as Senior Manager in the entertainment practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1990 to 1999, including three years in its Frankfurt, Germany office and as Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen from 1986 to 1989. Prior to joining ReachLocal, he provided finance and accounting-related consulting services to technology and telecommunications companies from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Day co-founded SignJammer in 2008 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2009. Prior to SignJammer, he served as Vice President of Finance for Spot Runner from 2006 to 2008. From 2003 to 2005, he served as a Senior Vice President of Finance for Yahoo! Search Marketing, a division of Yahoo!. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for Overture and its predecessor GoTo.com from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Day holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
