What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The individual managers can make a good culture for each store, but the company is adapting a corporate first and business first culture that is toxic, not empathetic, and it makes the employees who aren't in the office lives harder.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Everything is basic. Everything is just a normal package similar to other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They let us know not to come to the office on Fridays for the summer because they are giving themselves half days on Fridays so they won't be there. That tells you everything you need to know about the leadership team.
