What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let us know not to come to the office on Fridays for the summer because they are giving themselves half days on Fridays so they won't be there. That tells you everything you need to know about the leadership team.
It is full of Great coworkers

Organization and communicating company issues with the team
Giving better directions. Leading by example. Better organization

Everything is basic. Everything is just a normal package similar to other companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tips and better pay wage
Overworked, under appreciated. DRAMA. !
No health benefits that include insurance policies for working int his company. Or appreciative of employees.

Team could work better if were appreciated and paid more . That way we hold more value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The individual managers can make a good culture for each store, but the company is adapting a corporate first and business first culture that is toxic, not empathetic, and it makes the employees who aren't in the office lives harder.

The process wasn’t to bad. But the group interviews shouldn’t be applied.

Under paid over worked and repairs for the simplest things never get done on time
