- What do you like best about the leadership team?Leadership team authentically encourages feedback and incorporates suggestions.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?We have a great family and parental leave policy for a company our size. The company also provides a reimbursement stipend for classes and group outings with coworkers.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The Magoosh team is an incredibly positive and supportive group to work with. Communication between teams and leaders is open and highly transparent, and I don't think I've ever witnessed any sort of unpleasant conflict occur. We're all very respectful of each other as teammates.
