What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a great family and parental leave policy for a company our size. The company also provides a reimbursement stipend for classes and group outings with coworkers.
Full transparency. Compensation at Magoosh is non-negotiable and set on a fixed framework, so it's crystal clear how and why salary is set what the pay would be at your next increase, and what it will take to get you there. Another positive are the team activity and learning stipends!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Magoosh team is an incredibly positive and supportive group to work with. Communication between teams and leaders is open and highly transparent, and I don't think I've ever witnessed any sort of unpleasant conflict occur. We're all very respectful of each other as teammates.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's very transparent - the recruiter kept me updated at every step and was open with questions. Magoosh also places an emphasis on mutual fit and has a reverse interviewer on the hiring panel to answer questions that a candidate has.

What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone has lunch in the kitchen together and there are usually a few word games or board games being played that anyone can join in. It also makes me happy to read feedback from our students and to see how much we've impacted their futures.
