What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honest but kind. There's a lot of helpful constructive feedback that takes into account my efforts as an employee as well as a human being. I'm not afraid to ask my manager anything or reach out for help.
Always been there for support. Excellent to work with those that never givup whenever it's time to trouble shoot.
Generous, focused on company culture and the employee experience. open to feedback and suggestions. and easily accessible to employees at any level of the organization.
Leadership is very approachable, relatable and humble.
Our co-founders are accessible, down to earth and champion their teams.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have an exceptionally emotionally intelligent boss who really cares about my health and wellbeing and always knows what to say to cheer me up.
Working from home but we communicate as a team
physical office is in the center of Atlanta, modern and open environment, casual dress, stocked with free snacks and drinks.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated the recruiter keeping me informed with each step in the process, providing me with the compensation package early on which helped me determine whether to move forward to the next phase of the process.
They kept me updated through the entire process
