The teams work together to accomplish the goals for our company
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am able to help my patients and physicians and I enjoy my coworkers

I started when we were a private practice and they were very in depth about expectations
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Proactively managing as opposed to reactively. Listen to staff instead of being dismissive. Pay attention to our patient's needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family, vey supportive and respectful of one another. Kind and thoughtful to one another and we make each other laugh and make the days easier
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get paid close to the effort and value I bring to the practice, or the knowledge i have in regard to my position and that of others on the team and in other departments
