What is the best part about your compensation package?

Having the benefits is a huge help. I just wish a larger percentage of our insurance was covered by them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are deliberately understaffed by the upper admins, whuch impacts patient care abd safety in a big way.
Raises are not keeping up with inflation
I don't get paid close to the effort and value I bring to the practice, or the knowledge i have in regard to my position and that of others on the team and in other departments

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better staffing. Sometimes there is just 1 lab technician on the clock to collect all lab work. This obviously impacts timely evaluation for patients.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They could pay all workers, not just surgeons and executives a livable age. The disproportionately low salaries for women and minorities is disgusting.
