I stay at my job because I care. I enjoy working in this field and helping people, unfortunately the only job close to me requires I live in poverty.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The low pay for women and minorities is commendable. (dripping with sarcasm)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They could pay all workers, not just surgeons and executives a livable age. The disproportionately low salaries for women and minorities is disgusting.
