What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much politics, pretty much hands-on and a lot of transparency. That's cool.
They are really honest. That does not say they don't do mistakes, but they have a spine and can admit things that went wrong.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary is good/probably similar to what I would have earned at competitors, but I can choose to work remotely and even at the European office if I'd like to.
That I can opt for living and working either in the US or Germany with my payment and benefits following me around the globe.
What are some of the best things about your team?
smart, a lot to learn from
Some outstanding guys, thus quite a lot of occasions where I could learn new stuff.
