Good interview process. Can be intense but I believe Managed by Q's talent team does a great job at ensuring candidates have the best experience no matter the result.
At the the time I got hired it was fast but professional.
What part of Managed by Q's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The product is expanding and evolving rapidly. Too much turnover within our leadership and org as a whole. Churn happens with any growing business but not having a solid leadership team that's consistent, it speaks volumes.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Managed by Q?
Make Managed by Q about the people again. We're profit driven but we're slowly moving away from the people aspect of the business that could continue to make us THE competitor to beat in our business category. Perks may be one thing but we could do better.

Serious about what we do. Challenging environment with ideas most times getting some recognition. Great people who care. Leadership needs some work.
