  • 1. Tap into 'My Health'. You can find this either on the home screen or through the menu.2. Afteryou'veselected the name of the medication, tap 'Edit' in the top right corner.3. Then tap the red text Finish in the bottom left.Note that finishing a medication maintains your history of it, but moves it to the Past section of your med list. If you'd like to keep your med as Current but stop receiving reminders, we recommend toggling on 'Take As Needed' instead.To delete a med permanently:1. Follow the steps above to 'Finish Med'.2. Then enter the 'Past' section of your medication list.3. Tap on the med name, then 'Edit' in the top right.4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, then tap the red 'Delete Med' button.

  • 1.Tap the (+) icon buttonin the top right corner,select "Add a Medication" and begin typing the medication name. Our database will auto-suggest names for you as you begin to type.2.Select the name of your medication, and our database will also suggest a 'Form' and 'Color' for you.To select an alternative 'Form', tap and select your preferred option in the drop down menu. You can also select a custom Color this way. (If your selected form is Tablet,you can select a custom Shape as well.)3. Tap 'Quantity', and use the keypad to enter the total quantity of the medication you have on hand. This will be used to give you refill reminders.4.Tap 'Dose' and scroll to enter the dose you take with each scheduled time. This will be reflected in your Historyand be used to give you refill reminders.5. Tap 'Frequency' and scroll both the left and right wheels to indicate your schedule.You can also input a more complex reminder schedule, such as doses every other day, every two weeks, or once a month. To do this, toggle theInterval Scheduleoption on, and use the scroll menus below to enter your schedule.6.Based on your entry, you will receive the appropriate number of 'Reminder' fields, where you canenter the time(s) when you'd like to receive your reminder(s).7. When all fields have been filled, tap 'Save'.

Multiply the original 'Frequency' by 7. (For instance, a 1x Daily reminder would become a 7x Weekly reminder.)5. You'll be able to schedule custom times for each day in the 'Reminder' fields below. For instance:

    Reminder 1: Monday, 8AM

    Reminder 2: Tuesday, 8AM

    Reminder 3: Wednesday, 8AM

    Reminder 4: Thursday, 8AM

    Reminder 5: Friday, 8AM

    Reminder 6: Saturday, 10AM

  • When its time to refill, you will receive a notification at the top of your home screen. Tap Refill Now to update your med Total Quantity. You can also refill by taking the following steps:1. Scroll to the My Health panel of your home screen, and tap the medicine you'd like to refill.2.On the next screen, tap 'Edit' in the top right corner.3. Then adjust the Total Quantity of your med to match what you have on hand.4. Once you've finished, make sure to hit 'Save' in the top right.

  • You earn 10 Mango Points each day that you take all of your scheduled medications and supplements on-time. To earn points, youll need to mark medication reminders as taken. You have up to 30 minutes before or 4 hours after the scheduled time to respond to reminders. It is an all-or-nothing system so if you miss any one reminder you don't get any points for the day.

    You can also earn up to 15 points each day you stick to your habit schedule (5 points per habit, for up to 3 habits). For target habits, such as Move More and Hydrate, points may be earned when your target goal is reached. For non-target habits, which include, Watch Weight, Track Blood Pressure, Check Blood Glucose, Record Mood, and Eat Better, points may be earned when each habit reminder is responded to on-time.

    An additional 5 points may be earned for any Caregiver check-ins that are completed. For example, if you have 2 scheduled care recipient check-ins and you record each check-in within the app, you will earn 5 points. This is similar to earning points for scheduling medications in that its an all-or-nothing system. Youll need to check-in with all scheduled care recipients in order to receive the full 5 points.

    In total, you can earn a maximum of 30 Mango Points per day.

  • If any of your meds are the following forms, you may notice that your med quantity does not get any lower:Cream, Foam, Gel, Gel-Forming Solution,Lotion, Ointment, Paste, Powder, orShampooThese med forms are a bit hard for us to track. As a result, you will not see your Total Quantity' of any of these forms decrease, and you will not receive a refill reminder.If you are taking any meds that are Drops or Tincture forms, your quantity will decrease by 0.05 mL every time you tap 'I took it'.

  • If you marked a medication or habit but didn't tap on time, the good news is that the app features a 'History' editing feature for exactly this reason - folks wanting an accurate record of med takes. To do this:1. Open the menu and tap 'History' ('My Stats' on an Android device)2. Select the day with the dose you'd like to edit3. Tap on the missed (red) med icon you'd like to change4. You will see a pop-up window which asks 'Edit your history?'5. Tap 'OK'.Please note: while editing your 'History' adjusts your adherence percentages, streaks, and perfect days, it does not affect points. Its also not currently possible to edit habit history, though we are looking to include this feature in a future update.

  • The 'Interval Schedule'option allows you to set up reminders at intervals that are not daily or weekly frequencies. For instance, with the 'Interval Schedule' you can schedule dose reminders every other day, every two weeks, or once a month. To do this:1. Begin adding your medication, andmake sure 'Interval Schedule' is toggled on.2. Use the scroll menus below to enter your schedule.   • Transferring your accountincluding your health schedule, history, and points balanceis easy. All you'll need to do is make sure you've registered your account on yourexistingdevice. To do this, enter your'Settings'and make sure you see your email address listed. (If you don't see your email address, tap'Register'to create an account.)Once you have an account, open the app on yournewdevice, and go to'Settings'then'Login'.After you submit the email address and password you originally submitted to create your account, your data will be restored.

  • In connection with the Service, we may make available a user gift program (theGift Program), where you can become eligible to be entered into weekly drawings (Drawings) to receive gift cards, charity donations and other items (collectively,Gifts) in connection with your accrual of points that you may earn by using the Service (Mango Points). Mango Points can be accumulated by engaging in certain actions via the Service, such as when you take your Medications and Supplements on schedule.

    We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a particular action qualifies for Mango Points. After accumulating Mango Points, you will be automatically entered into a weekly drawing for a Gift based upon your Mango Point level (see the section titled Drawings below for more information). Please note that you may be required to provide additional information to Mango Health or a third party merchant in order to redeem certain Gifts, and processing fees may also be applicable to Gift redemption.

    We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that your Mango Points are viewable via your Account within 7 days from accrual. You should contact us if it has been more than 7 days and the Mango Points have not been applied to your Account. We may also, at our discretion, delay any Gift redemption or Mango Point accrual in order to validate or verify your actions via the Service.

    You acknowledge and agree that:

    - In order to accrue Mango Points you must be at least 18 years of age. You may also be required to be a registered user with an Account in good standing;- Gifts are not transferable and can only be used in accordance with any terms and conditions made available via the Service;- We are not responsible or liable for any unredeemed, unused or lost Gifts or Mango Points;- Gifts are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value;- Mango Points in your account may expire 12 months after such points are accrued via the Service.     - NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.- Drawings are sponsored by Mango Health.- Drawings are held on or around the dates specified at support.mangohealth.com for each Mango Point level.- Drawings are open to legal residents of the U.S. who have accessed or used the Service in the seven (7) day period prior to the applicable Drawing. Employees of Mango Health and its affiliates and agencies are not eligible to participate in Drawings.- Mango Health users who accrue a threshold level of Mango Points will be automatically entered into a Drawing each week.   • Reminders appear in your Android notification tray as well as through a Mango Health banner notification on your device's home screen. If you are using Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above, notifications will also appear on your device lock screen.If you are using Android 6.0 ('Marshmallow'), you may want to disable 'Doze mode' to ensure you receive your notifications. To do this:1.Open the 'Settings'app and tap 'Battery'.2.Select the 'Options'menu button (the three dots in the upper right), then 'Battery optimization'.3.Tap the downward-pointing arrow, then 'All apps' from the menu that appears.4.Next, tap 'Mango Health'. In the box that appears, select'Dont optimize',then'Done'.Note that you can re-enable 'Doze mode' at any time simply repeat the process above and select 'Optimize'.
