Mr. David H. Gransee has been Senior Vice President of Manitex International, Inc. since August 1, 2017. Mr. Gransee served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Manitex International, Inc. since October 12, 2006 until August 1, 2017 and its Secretary and Treasurer since 2006 until August 1, 2017. Mr. Gransee served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Manitex International, Inc. He has over 15 years of financial experience, including positions with Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Staff Auditor and with IC Industries. He served as a Controller and Assistant Secretary of Eon Labs Inc., since 1992. At Eon, he was involved in all aspects of auditing, compliance, banking and regulatory reporting functions. At IC Industries, he served in the Corporate Audit Department as well as management positions with its multi-national subsidiary Abex Corporation. Mr. Gransee received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
