*Formalizing and establishing goals for our first Employee Resource Group (ERG), WoMannKind(WMNKD).
*Expanding our sourcing and recruiting strategies to target diverse candidates through connectivity with organizations
such as National Sales Network (NSN), National Society of Black Engineers NSBE), MAES: Latinos in Science & Engineering, SHPE: Society of Hispanic Engineers, and Women in Science & Engineering.
*Creating DEI content and special events live and online.
*Adapting our social media approach to better represent the diverse talent at MannKind.
