Linda P. Mantia — Senior EVP & COO at Manulife Financial Corp

Ms. Linda P. Mantia serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. Ms. Mantia has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Manulife Financial Corporation since October 03, 2016. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for globally leading Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development, Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Innovation, Human Resources, Regulatory and Public Affairs, Global Resourcing and Procurement and the Global Program Office. Ms. Mantia served as an Executive Vice President of Digital, Payments and Cards at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). At RBC, she held a number of increasingly senior positions since joining in 2003, including the Chief Operating Officer of Global Private Banking, based in the U.K. Before joining RBC, Ms. Mantia worked at global management consulting firm McKinsey & Co., and prior to that, she practiced corporate securities law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. She has been Director at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre since August 24, 2017. She holds a Law Degree from Queen's Law School in Kingston, Ontario.
