Lucy Taylor-Smith — Chief Strategy Officer of Asia at Manulife Financial Corp

Ms. Lucy Taylor-Smith has been Chief Strategy Officer of Asia at Manulife Financial Corporation since January 2016. Ms. Taylor-Smith is responsible for driving the development, enhancement and execution of Manulife Financial's strategy across the region. At Manulife, she is also be responsible for all Corporate Business Development, driving inorganic expansion opportunities through M&A and partnership agreements, as well as evaluating new market entry opportunities. She joined Manulife from Prudential Corporation Asia where she served as Chief Strategy Officer and Board Director and led the company's strategic planning, M&A and new market development. She also headed up Investor Relations in the region.
