Roger Andre Renaud CFA — President for Manulife Asset Management of Canada at Manulife Financial Corp

Mr. Roger Andre Renaud, CFA, serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer and President of Canada at Manulife Asset Management. Mr. Renaud is responsible for implementation of the firm's asset management strategy and business, growing and expanding this important market. He began his financial career as an Actuarial Assistant with Sun Life of Canada in 1982. Mr. Renaud joined Scotia McLeod as an Investment Executive. In 1989, he joined First Marathon as Vice President, before joining Standard Life Investments Inc. in 1991. He joined the Standard Life Group in 1991 and over the years has been given increased responsibilities for both Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada and Standard Life Investments Inc. Mr. Renaud also played a key role in the strategy for the defined contribution business of the Canadian operations of Standard Life Canada, where Mr. Renaud served as the Senior Vice President of Group Savings and Retirement. He served as the President of Standard Life Investments Inc. (Canada) at Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Ltd since January 2006 until January 2015. Mr. Renaud served as Senior Vice President of Group Savings & Retirement and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Standard Life plc. Since 1995, Mr. Renaud served as Senior Vice President at Standard Life Investments Inc. He has been a Director of Standard Life Financial, Inc. since November 2006. Mr. Renaud serves as Director of SLI Conservative Diversified Pooled Fund, Standard Life Investments Limited, Standard Life Investments Inc. and Standard Life Investments (U.S.A.) Limited. He obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1994. In 1997, Mr. Renaud completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School and holds a B.Sc. degree in Actuarial Science from the Universit?? Laval.
