Ms. Catherine Lee Krajicek, also known as Cathy, has been a Vice President of Conventional Assets of Marathon Oil Corporation since August 22, 2016. Ms. Krajicek served as Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Marathon Oil Corporation since December 2015 until August 22, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Health, Environment, Safety and Security from December 2014 to November 2015. Ms. Krajicek served as Regional Vice President for Marathon Oil Corporation's operations in Equatorial Guinea until December 2014. She joined Marathon Oil in 2007 and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility including asset team manager for Gulf of Mexico production operations, development manager for the Droshky Field Development in the Gulf of Mexico and asset team manager for Bakken Shale production operations in North Dakota. Prior to joining Marathon Oil, she spent 22 years with Conoco and then ConocoPhillips where she held a variety of reservoir engineering and asset management and development management positions for upstream and mid-stream operating businesses and assets under development in the United States, Indonesia and Venezuela. Ms. Krajicek served as Vice Chairman of Atlantic Methanol Production Company, LLC. Ms. Krajicek graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with bachelor of science and master of science degrees in Petroleum Engineering.
