Mr. Wagner was with The Scotia Group between 1990 and 2000, starting as a reservoir engineer and progressing through positions of increasing responsibility, eventually establishing and managing a new company office in Houston as a senior vice president. He began his career as a Project Engineer with Exxon Company, U.S.A. Mr. Wagner holds M.S. and B.S. Degrees in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Missouri-Rolla.
