T. Mitchell Little — Executive Vice President of Operations at Marathon Oil Corporation

Mr. T. Mitchell Little, also Known as Mitch, has been Executive Vice President of Operations at Marathon Oil Corporation since August 22, 2016. Mr. Little served as Vice President of Conventional at Marathon Oil Corporation since December 1, 2015 until August 22, 2016 and served as its Vice President of International & Offshore Exploration and Production Operations from September 2013 to December 1, 2015. Mr. Little served as its Vice President of International Production Operations since September 2012. Mr. Little is responsible for Marathon's businesses in Equatorial Guinea, Libya, Angola, Poland, Indonesia, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Norway and the U.K. He served as Managing Director of Marathon Oil Norge AS and Marathon Petroleum Norge AS. Mr. Little served as general manager of Worldwide Drilling and Completions department of Marathon Petroleum Norge AS since 2008. Mr. Little joined Marathon in 1986 and has held a number of engineering and management positions of increasing scope and responsibility related to the Company's U.S. production operations in Wyoming, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Alaska, as well as international production operations in Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Libya. He has extensive operational experience and leadership skills to maximize the potential of Marathon Petroleum's existing Norwegian operations. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Little earned a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1986.
