My coworkers are great to work with. The biggest problem is scheduling and organization. As a staff you will hardly see an audit from start to finish. The software they use is dated and inefficient. The clients drag their feet providing support. Workpapers are inadequately documented.

The interview was very relaxed and the managers were easy to talk to

Most of my co-workers are friendly and very approachable and are always willing to help you out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to go on break. My coworkers will literally sit in the same spot for over 8 hours due to the workload. Not healthy.
