Most of my co-workers are friendly and very approachable and are always willing to help you out.
Everything they offer awesome and all
We are very serious in the work place, but outside really good friends

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They respect the employees and there is opportunity of advance in the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to go on break. My coworkers will literally sit in the same spot for over 8 hours due to the workload. Not healthy.

The interview was very relaxed and the managers were easy to talk to
