Only a whole new management team would make me feel better.
Again those last 2 I'm not even aware of. Servers rely on tips for the shift. Busses too.sections are given by whoever , and the sections are what matters.

Because I've been with the company 10 years and I have full knowledge and run the kitchen despite what time of the day I work I deserve to manage the kitchen and not be a supervisor
