When Management get people skills
Only a whole new management team would make me feel better.
Again those last 2 I'm not even aware of. Servers rely on tips for the shift. Busses too.sections are given by whoever , and the sections are what matters.
There is no amount of money that would compensate for the treatment most workers recieve
Be treated fairly and have my correct monetary funds in my account
Constantly being called in on off days to make nothing. If tips don't exceed minimum wage rather than compensate you are written up for not cleaning enough tips

Because I've been with the company 10 years and I have full knowledge and run the kitchen despite what time of the day I work I deserve to manage the kitchen and not be a supervisor
Better pay, better bonus incentive.
