Learned there was a way to rate servers. Start at 5 , as high as 8 , and lose points for whatever.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm too busy to shake my head.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No traing or reprimanded. Feedback by concerned servers appears to be mostly ignored
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure how to rate the last 2 . No manager seems to have much impact.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was never told I'd be hired as a server but would have more hosting and bussing shifts....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Again those last 2 I'm not even aware of. Servers rely on tips for the shift. Busses too.sections are given by whoever , and the sections are what matters.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Servers are not professional, so they don't wipe and clean their sections when they first locate their section. They don't place condiments on their tables. They don't greet their parties with silverware, 10 percent of servers press, and 80 % of the time plates are never removed, condiments are low
