If there was some humanity courses and culture sensitivity training... that would be excellent

There needs to be more better attitudes at the top of the company. There needs to be more support for the employees. Employees voices need to be listened to, especially department managers who have ideas and know what works since they are out there everyday.
No standards are enforced on customer service. Too many associates are not managed properly to promote the brand.
