Ms. Dana Ray has been Global Head of People and Senior Vice President of Marin Software Incorporated since April 1, 2017 and has global responsibility for all human resource functions. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Ms. Ray partners with management teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments to drive business results. Most of her career has been in the software industry, building HR functions and acquiring, developing and retaining talent to effectively scale companies. She was with Accelrys Inc. from August 2004 to September 2011 as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Classroom Connect, a Reed Elsevier company. She received her Master of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development from University of San Francisco and earned her Bachelor of Science with honors from San Diego State University.
