Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised retirement and profit packages and was put off. Now that the company can really afford them, I am being shunted and I get nothing
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great at what they do, can communicate effectively, and can get stuff done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Find people who believe in the company and aren't just there for a check
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People have each other's backs and we're focused on results. Laid back yet hard-working.

Warn anyone off from working here. I have tried 3 times and it all ended badly

Having a feeling of ownership and independence, while knowing that management can provide guidance if needed
