He is responsible for all customer experience operations including customer on-boarding, support, learning and development, analytics and Center of Excellence (CoE). He served as Senior Vice President of Client Services at StrongView Systems, Inc. (alternate name, StrongMail Systems, Inc.). He served as Vice President of Client Services at StrongView Systems, Inc. since August 2010. Mr. Nathan also heads client services for ThreadMarketing, StrongMail's email and social CRM agency. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of client services for Epsilon, where he led online strategy for its top-tier clients, with a focus on the retail, travel and financial verticals. Prior to Epsilon, he served as Vice President of client engineering at infoGroup, where he led and managed integration services for its Yesmail division. Mr. Nathan holds a BS in mechanical engineering from UCLA.
