They care about the business
This was the biggest mistake of my career. They will offer these great salaries but it is not worth the sweat shop they have. My mgr was terrible! My CIO was terrible! I suggest to anyone not to go there.

What do employees at Market America think about their benefits?
The health insurance used to be better, but the in house nurse is awesome. Benefits are considered to be good mostly by those that haven’t worked elsewhere.
What's the internship program like at Market America?
Terrible and underpaid. It’s embarrassing how poorly some interns get paid.
How does Market America handle HR issues?
Poorly. There has been massive turnover in HR, and while many working there are good hearted they are profoundly limited in their ability to do anything due to management. I guess it’s a good thing that hardly any women work in IT, because if they had an issue, it wouldn’t be addressed.

Why lay someone off that just had surgery for epilepsy. This company is very harsh even though they "say" they are family focused they are more focused on results and the grand pyramid scheme. This company is a joke to work for.
