Communication. Also they tend to value their clients way more than their employees.

Just train the people who call to offer shops to be more consistent. Also support the shoppers when companies complain. If gotten in trouble when I have reported legitimate problems with a location. I don't have anything against these companies. I am trying to help them get better.
