The executive team does a great job of listening to its clients and employees. They are a nimble group who are able to change course quickly, when necessary.

We are not micro-managed. As long as we get our work done--well--we have plenty of freedom and autonomy.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were certainly unusual. The interviews are designed to see how well the interviewee can think on his or her toes and to ensure that the employee will fit in with company culture.

I enjoy what I do, the people I work with, and the clients we serve. We're all working toward the same goal, it works out well.
