What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Innovation and building new products, hiring and retaining strong talent (not from Visa, Salesforce or FANG), transparency, listening to employees.
Accountability. There is very little accountability in the managerial ranks.
The executive team doesn't even make an effort to say hello to employees, much less be honest and transparent about the many growing pains we're experiencing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many benefits have been removed over the years, and bonuses have been cut in order to pay huge bonuses to C-suite.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Morale is at an all time low presently due to mismanagement .
The company culture is toxic due to the lack of accountability of senior management.

Leaders do not understand how far removed sales bookings are from actual revenue.

Clarity in the vision and consistency in that vision across executive leadership
