Havnt even worked here 2 months and the last month and a half has made me regret coming here . Week 6 and im already being treated like a number . Fleet manager Ryan on se dry van is petty and makes me wonder how hes even a FM. Management seems to pass the ball tp avoid drivers . Place is a joke

They can’t fix equipment right. Like the old saying . If your dispatcher or recruiter lips are moving. There more than likely lying. They need to stagger there dispatch/managers hours. They work 8-4. And dump everything on night & weekend dispatch. Who have no clue what’s going

Ive made multiple calls to op manager and he continues to have someone else call . I work hard and risk my life daily the least i could Get is a call back . Literally being pushed off as if my concerns dont matter
