Ive made multiple calls to op manager and he continues to have someone else call . I work hard and risk my life daily the least i could Get is a call back . Literally being pushed off as if my concerns dont matter

Management and disptach dont really care theyre just there to get a check
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Quit lying for a change & be straight forward with the drivers. Quit the promises that will never happen. Everyone just needs to do it right & treat each other with respect.
