The best part is the medical insurance
Company vehicle. Can be used for work of course but also personal. With a fleet gas card as well. Unfortunately there was no need to keep my recently purchased gmc sierra at4 in the garage. Miss that Truck.

Being involved and kept in the loop with timing and what was happening with every step of the process.

Better comunication and time managment regarding the interview. Took 3 months to hear back and then almost another 6 weeks to get a star date

Knowing that I have the ability to make a difference and drive positive change and impact throughout Martin Marietta, and that my leadership supports me doing just that.
