Adhere to the masimo mission statement not to be tempted by power and greed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Have a pension and 5 % bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If your favorite of the leadership you get paid even if you don't do anything, however, if you aren't, you're in for a real treat, you can work day and night and not get compensated

Despite HR showing that I'm underpaid for my role, experience, and education by more than 20%, the company refused to raise my pay to their own HR department's recommendation. I suspect it is because I'm a woman. 76 cents to every dollar a man makes, right?
under paid for being the only person in my department knowing and doing multiple jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honestly, a lot of the people here just live in fear

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company is cheap and likes cheap labor...and they struggle to attract and retain top talent. As a result, most of the roles are populated by mediocre employees who are promoted into positions by virtue of presence, not talent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Masimo has some really great people. They are few and far between, but they are there, and they have your back. The backbone of the company is that core group of employees that support each other.

The interviewers seemed nice people and that made me comfortable
casual, easy going ,simple interview

The interview doesn't have depth it's more like how long can they grill you for and you take it

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our customers have started to realize that the teams across the US aren't happy especially within health systems that's spam across state. I had a meeting with a senior executive and he straight up told me that.

Masimo has a management issue and it has a problem with accepting they can't control people like machines. I think a diversity, inclusion and employee advocate officer could really make an impact on changing the culture of this environment.
