Work can be difficult. Long hours with not a lot of thanks given. But tolerable and does have it's benefits.

Last couple years have been difficult with the company changing hands Upper mgmt doesnt know who we are and you just come in and do your job and dont complain.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are foreword thinking and flexible
