What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is thoughtful, respectful and engaging
My supervisor is super nice
they understand and they don't push too hard. because of the lack of employees .
50% if the leadership team are good leaders. The other half seem to utilize micro managing a lot. The new plant manager is great and actually seems to be doing a good Job. My current supervisor is easy to talk to and has a lot of experience. Both seem to have a passion for what they do.
Very fair company to work for with amazing benefits and flexible hours. Leadership is very down to Earth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Skills that have gained since being employed.
I have a lot of experience. Their isn't any incentives for employees that have been with the company for a longer period of time. Generally, most new hires with zero experience come in and make money that is not far away from senior employees wages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thoughtful, engaging, encouraging and will to get the job done
We all get along and support each other
I have no idea to be honest
Most of the people on my team currently seem to have an college education.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If they learn to read, math and speak English, that would help and if they would pull their own weight or we didn't have to pull those be great
This is no problem in my area because we have a team effort but all around night shift needs to improve their work performance

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good intentions. We follow regulations.
I am often on the road so I'm not often in an office environment
