What is the best part about your compensation package?
High base salary but low bonus structure
Health insurance is covered 100% by MasterControl.
100% Covered health insurance premiums
Very good attmospher and the pay is very well.

They are fiercely passionate about building the right thing and using research to validate that it is the right thing

Get more informed on what our customers do and their needs.
On time to meetings. Realizing how empowered they are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Too many to choose. High trust environment is great.
People are doing work that they love

My current boss was amazing. They had complex interview scenarios but they made it a challenge.

What makes you most happy at work?
My friends at work and making money. The ability to research and discover has been taken away for the most part or I would say that but at this point, those I work with and the income it provides.
