Donald G. Klimkowicz — President of Advanced Materials at Materion Corporation

Mr. Donald G. Klimkowicz, also known as Don, has been President of Advanced Materials at Materion Corporation since February 2015. Mr. Klimkowicz served as President of Alloy Products at Brush Wellman Inc., a subsidiary of Brush Engineered Materials Inc. from May 2005 to July 2008. Mr. Klimkowicz served as Vice President for Operations of Alloy Products at Brush Engineered Materials Inc. since April 2001. He served as Chief Operating Officer of ei3 corp. from January 2000 to April 2001. He has senior management responsibility for the Alloy Products group's manufacturing facilities, which include operations in Elmore, Ohio and Reading, Pennsylvania, as well as other domestic locations. He served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Brush Wellman, Inc. Mr. Klimkowicz served in general management, operating and engineering positions with ei3 Corporation, Avery Dennison Corporation and Diamond Shamrock Corporation. He spent 14 years in senior management roles with the Avery Dennison Corporation, served as vice president of manufacturing and engineering with responsibility for manufacturing and distribution operations; and for engineering, technology and R&D in North America, Europe and South Africa. He has been a Director of ei3 Corp. since April 2001 and also serves as its Member of the Board Advisors. Mr. Klimkowicz holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University and completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of Michigan.
