Mr. Kelley joined Materion in December 2011 as Vice President of Finance for the Advanced Materials Group. He served as a Vice President of Planning and Investor Relations of PolyOne Corporation since November 9, 2009. Mr. Kelley served as a Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations at Lincoln Electric. Mr. Kelley served as an European Finance Director of Lincoln Electric. His experience includes the consolidation of the global finance organization, the acquisition and integration of two global companies and the development and execution of an investor relations strategy. He joined Lincoln Electric in 2003, Mr. Kelley held various financial roles of increasing responsibility at CNH Global, Lante Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Parker Hannifin. Mr. Kelley graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
