This is something that we take seriously at Matillion.
Matillion Together is our dedicated task force of Matillioners that inform, educate, and elevate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion messaging and initiatives for the wider organisation.
We believe in inclusivity for all and support this by celebrating significant events, educating Matillioners, and most importantly - we commit to action by delivering meaningful projects and empowering our ERGs.
Our spotlight areas for 2023 include: Women In Tech, Neurodiversity, Mental Health, Parents & Carers, Charity and Community.
Women in Tech - 52 Matillion women have graduated from Springboard - a development programme specifically for women. Matillion also supports an active WIT ERG.
