Mr. Brian D. Walters, Esq. has been a Manager of Schawk Inc., since July 29, 2014. Mr. Walters has been a Vice President and General Counsel of Matthews International Corporation since February 19, 2009. He joined Matthews as Corporate Legal Counsel in 2005. Prior to 2005, he was a Partner with Fried, Kane, Walters, Zuschlag & Grochmal, a law firm in Pittsburgh, PA. He served at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. Mr. Walters serves as a Member of the law firm's Litigation, Healthcare, Emerging Technologies, Telecommunications and Appellate Group. He served as a Member of the Legal Department of Computer Sciences Corporation. He represented Fortune 500 companies and other businesses and individuals in complex litigation, regulatory and corporate compliance matters at GD&C. He received his Juries Doctor from The UCLA School of Law.
