Mr. Adam C. Spice has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of MaxLinear, Inc. since January 3, 2011. Mr. Spice served as the Chief Financial Officer at SMSC Storage, Inc. (Formerly Symwave , Inc) from October 2009 to November 2010. From 2000 to 2009, he held a variety of executive roles at Broadcom Corporation, including Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development, Treasurer and Vice President and General Manager of its Mobile Power Management Business. He led the financial execution of over 40 acquisitions and strategic equity at Broadcom. He served as a Broadcom's Corporate Treasurer and held operational finance management and corporate development roles at Intel Corporation. From June 1996 to July 2000, he held Senior Finance Management positions at Intel Corporation in its Planning and Logistics group and Intel Capital. He serves as a Director of Enevate Corporation. Mr. Spice received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Brigham Young University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
