It is a good and positive working environment at Maxlinear India. The things I like the most are a responsive management, well experienced and respected seniors to guide us through, and a challenging but fair work assignment. The opportunity to learn is very high, and learning is encouraged.

Good. Comparable with industry standard. I've found it to be quite flexible.
