David Lyle — CFO, Senior Vice President, Treasurer & Secretary at Maxwell Technologies

Mr. David Lyle has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Maxwell Technologies, Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Lyle served as the Chief Financial Officer of Entropic Communications Inc. since June 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until October 21, 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Rf Magic, Inc. from November 2005 to June 2007. Prior to RF Magic, he served as Finance Director and Controller for the Mobile Communications business unit at Broadcom Corporation. Prior to Broadcom, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Zyray Wireless, Inc., since February 2004. Mr. Lyle served as Chief Financial Officer of Mobilian Corporation from March 2000 to October 2003. Mr. Lyle has over 20 years of finance experience from both the semiconductor and commercial banking industries. He served in various roles at Intel Corporation, including an operational finance role in the microprocessor and networking groups. With Intel Capital, he focused on mergers and acquisitions for the wireless communications and computing group. At Intel, he played a key role in various acquisitions including the $1.6 billion acquisition of DSP Communications and the $450 million acquisition of Basis Communications. Mr. Lyle worked for first half of his career in commercial banking focused on corporate lending and highly leveraged transactions. He received his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University as well as Master of International Management (MIM) degree from The Garvin School of International Management (Thunderbird).
