Mr. James Dodsworth is a Partner at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP at its firms London office(Mayer Brown International LLP). He joined the firm in 2001. Prior to that he was at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1994 to 2001. He advises institutional investors, corporate and retail end users and multi-national corporations on a variety of high value commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and the property aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Most recently he advised Unilever on its disposal of Unilever House to Sloane Blackfriars Limited and acted for Puma in relation to their new European design headquarters.
