Ms. Marjorie Harris Loeb serves as a Partner of Mayer Brown LLP. Ms. Loeb served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of FCA US LLC (formerly, Chrysler Group LLC) since January 28, 2013. Ms. Loeb joined Chrysler Group in 2010 as an Assistant General Counsel. Prior to Chrysler, she served as Assistant General Counsel and Secretary - Corporate and Securities for Delphi Automotive Systems, LLC. She served as Secretary of Nexteer Automotive Corporation. She served as Corporate Secretary of DPH Holdings Corp. (formerly, Delphi Corp.), and its subsidiary, Nexteer Automotive Corporation (formerly, Delphi Steering Systems) since February 2006. Prior to Delphi in 2002, Ms. Loeb practice centered on transactional and general representation of both public and private companies. She is experienced in negotiating early through late stage venture financings, mezzanine debt and structured financings, offshore private placements, public offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers & acquisitions and compliance with federal securities laws and stock exchange requirements. From September 1986 to September 1988, Ms. Loeb served as a Business Analyst in the Chicago office of McKinsey & Company. In September 1991, Ms. Loeb joined the law firm of Ropes & Gray in Boston, Massachusetts, as an associate in their corporate department. In August 1999, Ms. Loeb joined the law practice of Miro Weiner & Kramer of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Since December 2000, she was a Principal in the Miro Weiner & Kramer 's corporate and securities department. Ms. Loeb joined Delphi's legal staff in 2002. Since March 2005, she served as an Assistant General Counsel Securities and Assistant Secretary of Delphi Corporation. Her work has focused principally on corporate governance and disclosure, public financing transactions and securities law compliance. She is admitted to practice in both Michigan and Massachusetts. She serves as Member of Strategy Board of Delphi Steering Systems. She serves as a Member of the Michigan Bar Association, Business Law Section. Ms. Loeb earned her Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics with honors from Wellesley College in 1986. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School in 1991.
